can anyone tell me where you add transmission fluid on a 1995 mazda 626? i'm guessing it's this white-clear container near the engine...

uuummmmm, dude.
almost all the containers near the engine are clear\white. And the answer is NO. You add your trans fluid though the dip stick, you'll need a funnel in order to get it though the tube. Now if it is a manual trans, you actually have to crwal under the car to find the fill plug. A local parts stor will tell you were to find it and how to tell if you need fluid.

it uses dex / merc III in automatic and 70/90 syth oil in manual. in the autos do not overfill the level, make sure the car is running while checking level. If overfilled it will cause trans to overheat at high speed causing trans failure, then you're fucked.
