Alright, I am sorta newer to mustangs, have my body work done, and am finally working on performance.
I am trying to run mid 11's (yes, i have a rollcage installed)
I am probably going to run a 347.
What parts are recommended for this set up?
I already have a walbro 255 fuelpump, borla xr-1 exhaust, and a holley 750 cfm carb from my friends old mustang

id build a 351w. if your looking for 11's you can get a stock 351w, stock crank and stock rods...300$ maybee. then put in some 10-1 compression pistons, forged{so if one were so inclinde to run nitrous later they could} for heads id go with victor jr. for intake id go wieand steath{ so you canfit it under a stock hood} you can make power this way alot cheeper and probably more reliably than a347. and if you want more than the 380-400 hp the engine will make, it will take a 150 shot still on pump gas just fine. pull 6-8 degrees of timing and go a bit rich with the tune just so you dont lean out and blow your shit up. this is my suggestion. i sayyoull go 11's all motor and about a secon faster on a 150shot if traction is there for you.
