help finding a fuel tank part

1996 s10 blazer 4wd 4.3l
ok so on the top front of my fuel tank theres this black plastic peice coming out with a line that runs to the vapor return on the pump, i assume its just some sort of vent...so when i was dropping the tank i didn't see the line attached to it (it didnt mention it in my haynes) and it broke the tube off, its just brittle plastic....i called the dealer they didnt know what the part was anyone able to give me an idea where i can find it? and how do i get the old one out?
