Rear end feels off when hitting bumps

I have an 05 Tiburon and when I hit bumps in the road the rear end feels like it is not even attatched to the frame. It is almost like the way it feels in an old truck going across some bad rail road tracks if any of you have had that problem. Only way I can think to describe it. It just seems like the whole rear end wants to shift when it hits a bump and slide across the lane. Very strange and did not do this over the summer when I first got it. Just started in the winter. Thanks guys. Any advice is appreciated.

ever think the tread on your tires over the summer were better than where they are now?

where do you live? if youre in a snowy state, and the ground is cold... then....

plus we dont have a unibody construction

Um, no, it has nothing to do with that. Bad sway bar bushings.
