That is a wide open question.
If you are looking for more HP and gas mileage as claimed by some of the adds on cold air intakes. You may be out of luck.
You might be better off without either one or just leave it like it is unless you are going to do other stuff with it.
Post back more info on what you want it for or you want it to do for you.

Just curious which one would give me more power if i was gonna invest in a high flow cat, and then a cat back system from pacesetter or magnaflow or borla and some motor mounts and such.

I will let the peerformance people help you on that one.
Different engines react different to different mods.
But here is some interesting reading.
I know a calalier is not a honda but read it anyway.
