Is a VR Calais EFI 5.0ltr with Clubsport bodykit and VY SS 18" rims worth $4,600?
Any help on this one would be good, looking at it with some mates and my brother as a project car. Does it hold potential?

It would depend on how many k's its done, and how hard they were done. Are the back tyres bald? A layer of rubber inside guard? Being a Calais it would be an auto i assume. The IRS back end in those cause rapid wear to inside edge, especially if on lowered springs. You could be in luck if its had adjustable bush kit fitted.
But if its tidy inside and the body work looks straight, paint all the same colour. As in not had one side repainted and colour match not quite right. Otherwise you could be in for a nasty surprise.

who cares if the tyres are bold and theres rubber in the guard. he could have wacked in a new 304. is it standard?.my dads vp 5ltr has rubber all the way up its ass and it runs like a beauty.:grinyes:
