tail light lens

before i break it i need to ask how does the tail light lens to a 2005 5 door come off????? the manual shows two screws, one accessed from the trunk and the other on the taillight itself. ok both are off but it feels as if their is another connector. i don't want to break anything but i know there is a procedure. appreciate any info... thanks edsel...
