EVO light problem

All lights not working, fuses O-Kay.
Lights working bypassing front Ecu.
Ecu Etacs communicate with each other. Heelllllllllooooooo which one.
Is it the front ECU in fuse box (under hood) ?
Etacs module in fuse box (under dash) ?
How to diagnose ? Thanks

check the flux capacitor, and if that is o-kay top off your blinker fluid
