91 camaro not starting

Please help
My 91 camaro rs is not starting. When I turn the key to start it, the warning lights do not come on. The battery has a charge because the dome light and head lights still work. The starter is not being engaged so I doubt it is that. Anyone know what it could be?

Is it clicking when you turn the key?

does the security light come on?

umm does the fuel pump pressurize? can you hear the starter spin? does it click, are the headlights bright? or just on.

Their is no clicking sound when I turn the key. I don't know about the security light. Is it in the dash with the rest of the warning lights? If so then it is not on.
The starter is not spinning, but I am not sure about the fuel pump. I can check it later today.
The dome light and the head lights are at regular brightness. I recharged the battery, so it should have plenty of power.

sounds like a fuse or a wiring problem, or a relay

or your ignition is messed up, like where you put the key in

i have the same car its the VATS thats what happends on my car sometimes it takes 10 min once i sat there for 60 min so now i kept two sets of keys with me but it sucks? they want $400 to replace it
i had the car for two years only 3 times it happend to me so for i cant find some one that will bypass the vats i think the part is like $10.00

It ended up that their was a broken wire at the starter. Fixed that and their was no more problems.
