crankcase ventilation

What can I do about oil dripping down the intake onto the air filter element? I cannot somehow remove the breather cap to clean it. 1995 Cabrio

you need to replace the breather valve on top of the valve cover. then clean out the intake pipe, throttle body and maf sensor with intake cleaner.
