i would like to thank everyone that followed along with this project. it sure took a lot out of me but im glad its finally done!

thanks again everyone. im working on something and hope to start a new wip in a few days. its Pontiac powered, has at least 2400hp and is all wheel drive, but doesnt corner too well. :grinno:

I would like to look at your build up pictures but I just see a red x and cannot bring them up @ PhtoBucket with the links. Is there a way to see the WIP pictures?

that has got to be the best looking buld up of the MPC/AMT flip nose kits I have EVER seen! I have hated those kits from the first time I picked up the '57 Belair flipnose. I guess it's because they are so true to life that I thought they lacked detail. RACE CARS DON'T HAVE ANY DETAIL IN REAL LIFE! You really did a good job on that one. My hat is off to you, it truely takes a master to do what you have done with that kit.

Thanks everyone, it was a fun kit just by the nature of how incredibly lousy and poor fitting it was. I couldnt imagine building it out of the box. Len, since this is an older thread I took the pics out of my album just to make room. I still have them if you want them.

nice work ., lots of time spent that I can see. Happy to see you people who really work on something out of the model itself.. details engine extra touch up is major spirit for model building.. looking for your next build.. salute!
