what are the pros and cons of having a shift kit?

Pro's: causes the clutch packs in the trans to clamp together faster to prevent slippage which causes wear. Lower 1/4 miles times. Churp tires between shifts at WOT.
Con's: Some peolpe may not like the hard/jerking shifting. You will feel each shift. Not the stock slush box feel.
