We have a 2001 3500 8L V10 at work and a couple of weeks ago they managed to rip the O2 sensor wires out of the sensor and then drive it for a while. I replaced the sensor reset the computer and now I am getting codes PO132 and PO152 (sensor voltage high) and they won't reset. the only scan tool I can get any pids with is a NGS and they are limited to what I can see. one thing that caught my eye was when you rev it up the spark advance goes up to about 34* and my O2 sensor voltage is running about 1 volt. the truck runs like Sh*%. I also had to change the IAC last week because it wouldn't idle. I am thinking they may have smoked the PCM but want to make sure before I order one. any ideas

check all the fuses in the pdc under the hood there should be one for o2 sensors could have burned this when the harness got ripped out this controlls the heater element and would give you this code if the heater doesn't get hot voltage will stay high

I got to work this morning checked the fuse and it was blown. A 20A fuse and all is fixed. thanks for the tip sometimes you over look the basic stuff when you are swamped.
