emergency brake stuck

hey, is there any way to manualy release the emergency brake, the cord ripped and release handle has no weight.

i appreciate the help

you may have to take out the whole lower dash panel and feed your way down deep to where the cord engages at... i'm sure that way you can fix the connection at the same time
