Hi Guys
My friend has a 04 cavalier. and we are doing coilover on his car, we did the front successfully the drop is now less than 1 inch.
We are having the problem with the back ones. we put the coilover on the shock and every thing as it should go and put it back on, but when we lowerd the jack the car droped only 3/4 of an inch. (spring perch is all the way down, the 2 locking nuts). Some one told my friend that u have to put the bearing plate upsidedown cuz that is eating up approx 2 inches of the drop. But their is no way to put it upside down due to 1 fixed bolt in the bearing plate.
I want to do it the right way
plz help me sooooooooooooon
thanx
