lol... yeah. I resently returned a notebook to Dell but we're having trouble getting recredited for the purchase. So I'm sitting here talking to some guy in India about a shipment to Austin, TX and I get the feeling he's just reading out of a manual and saying what it tells him to. Very frustrating... and quite frankly, it ruins the mood, too.
