What's the easiest way to do this. I have the belt off, but obviously when I turn the bolt the pulley turns too. I've tried to stick a screwdriver in to prevent it from turning, but with no luck so far. Anyone have any suggestions/tricks?

theres got to be something behind the pulley that a wrench can fit on.if its like how i think your describing it, or maybe you just need a pulley puller. rent one.

rubber adjustable strap wrench
wrap it around the pulley, tighten
hold strapwrench with one hand and turn bolt with the other hand
you can probably find a rubber strap wrench at OSH or some other hardware store
they look like this-

I dont know if you have the V6 or the I4. On my V6 the power steering was right on top. You should look at the front of the pulley for small holes or something because this could be where you would use a special tool to hold the pulley. Also, if the pulley is spoked you could make your own special tool to hold it. The strap thing could work but my guess is the pulley is on there very tight or should be. If you are replacing the pulley it wouldnt matter if you took extreme measures to get it off anyway, Right? Good Luck!
