I messed up (Inside distributor)

2000 Nissan Altima SE
So I replaced my cap and rotor (first time now, and have 125k miles). Got the cap off (finally after having a hard time getting the screws out). Then I took the screw out of the rotor, but the rotor would not come off. I took a pair of channel locks to attempt to get the rotor off, and while trying to remove it there was a plastic tube that I broke. The plastic tube goes around the metal piece that sends the spark to the distributor. The plastic tube isn't part of the distributor, but part of the plastic piece near the engine, and it is part of a bigger plastic piece. I am going to try to glue it back on (since there really isn't a lot of heat right there).
2 questions.
1. Anyone know what that assembly is called?
2. Can I buy that at an autopart store, or will I have to go to Nissan.
3. Does anoyne know what I am talking about (haha)
