anyone had this problem?

well i just got my 92 tsi out of the shop from a timing belt break and like 2 days after...the slave cylinder went out. I put a new one on and bled the shit out of it but it still grinds when i put it into reverse and 1st and sometimes has trouble going into all gears but the rest dont grind...it ussually all works good when my car is really cold but the more it warms up...the more it grinds and stuff. sometimes i also notice that i have a puddle where the slave cylinder is on the ground under my car. im pretty sure that i put the cylinder on right cause i did it twice to make sure, is this my clutch or a leak in something somewhere....has anyone else had this problem?
