if ur talking about a dsm.... 1g = 6 bolt up untill may of 92 6 bolt meaning bolts that hold the fly wheel on...more saught after than the 2g motor that is a 7 bolt...7 bolts where made w/ the wrong crank berrings cuase them to crank walk....
