Looking for a Porsche 993 Targa

Does the Porsche 993 Targa (the one with glass roof) exist in 1/24 scale?

Sorry to say, but no one makes a kit of the 993 Targa.

This would make a great subject for some mfg. to kit!

Italeria and Tamiya (i think) made a 993 carrera for that could be modified to a targa. I have a 1:1 993TT and have done some searches in the past. I have the 1:24 scale turbo version from Italeria and it is not horrible.

To make a really good model, you'll need the reflectors off the Tamiya 993 (like club sports or one of the racers) and wheels of the 996. The front lights are just some lenses with no reflectors behind them, and the wheels are too smallish and narrow. Not sure what the Italeri kit looks like since i haven't openend it.
