Power Seat Question

I've got a driver side seat thats leather and electric, My question is ;
My seats in my Grand ( 98 ) are manual and cloth, (I want to put this electric seat in because #1 it was FREE and #2 its electric) can I change the covers? and is my jeep wired for electric seats?
