H22 motor out of a new Prelude is what I would recommend.

I've been eye balling the h22a's myself. I seem to have run into a wall though. I've been hearing that my automatic tranny w/ lock out torque converter will not bolt up to a h22a. I'm kind of concerned about how bad a swap over to the M/T will be. I remember seeing idiot friends doing half tailed conversions to their chevy truck only to pull the pedal assembly out to reweld the cable clutch pedal back onto the assembly. Anybody who might know something of the subject, any info would be appreciated.

either a h22 or a b18c5 out of an itr. ISnt the h22 heavy as shit. it will mess up the weight distribution and from what i hear you will have to replace the front axles.

Rendog.. They are only heavier compared to motors like the d and b series motors. Compared to an f series motor the h22a won't make much difference, if any.

You can get auto h22a's Obie, and some of the JDM ones have LSD too.

If you need to source a JDM motor, I am more than happy to help people out to get what they need to get a swap done.
