97 geo manual swap to automatic?! problem?!

I just switched my 97 geo metro manual trans to an automatic without given thought about these new modern day cars. Man! I need some assistant? Now the wiring harness won't match. The motor had to be move to the left about 4 in. What do i do now. Do i need a new computer? or what? Please help
