In a prior topic, I posted that I'm in the process of puchasing a '96 Ranger. I am going out to test drive it in a day or two, but a guy told me today that he test drove one and he didn't think was very comfortable. I'm 6'2" tall, and was wondering if I will even fit in the truck comfortably? It's a regular cab, so there's only so much room to play with when it comes to adjusting the seat.

My friends 96' cab seems smaller than my 88's. I am about 6' and am pretty comfortable in the 88'. The seats in the 96 feel like they're at a 90 degree angle. :(. I am not sure if anyone could feel comfortably seated in it... :) Check it out, see what you think...

the reg cab's are small and upright. i'm 6' but i have an extended cab. there's plenty of room in the extended cab's.

I am 5'11'' 190 lbs and I used to have a 95 reg cab and I kept the seat as far back as it would go, and I wish it could go one more click to the rear. If you drive very short trips you may be able to deal with it, but if you drive on a lot of long trips or drive an hour to work everyday I think you will find it to be a little too small. An extended cab would probably be a lot better choice, as long as it is still in your price range

im 6ft3in and I had to get an extended cab. is the truck a manual shift or automatic? If its a reg cab 5 speed you will prob have trouble driving, as you will prob hit your knee on the door or the steering column
