Oily Spark Plug

I have just changed the spark plugs on my 2001 Millenia S and number 2 cylinder (passenger forward) plug came out quite oily.

Obviously this is not normal but is anyone aware of what the cause may be?

if the whole plug and socket were oil covered then you have a leaking valve cover gasket.
