If you think you have covered all the areas tuneup related, I would check the throttle body to see how much gunk is built up on the throttle plate. If it is horrible ( and it probably is if you have never cleaned it ) 3M makes a really good aerosol spray cleaner . Remove the air intake hose from the throttle body, spray the cleaner on the throttle plate and the entire throttle chamber until all the buildup is gone. You may need to spray some on a rag and really clean the area that the throttle plate contacts on the throttle body. And dont forget to clean the backside of the throttlle plate too. Replace the air intake hose, then when you start your truck make sure your outside because there will be alot of smoke from the exaust until all the cleaner burns out of the engine. Also when you start it hold the accelerator open just a little until it starts , because depending on how much cleaner you use the engine will be a little flooded. Its amazing what a little spray in the right spot can do sometimes! Good luck.

Did the tune up included everything?

Dist cap
dist rotor
Spark plugs (AC Delco)
Spark plug wires
PCV valve
Fuel Filter
Air Filter
Timing Adjustment

if not replace it and start over.

If so then proceed to the throttle body, check for leaks, if gasket between body and manifold is pulling air, it will mess with mixture.

Manifold leaks?

check engine light?
