How long does it take to replace the motor gear in the headlight. Does anyone know how hard it is?

I would say it is a easy job....removal of the motor, replace the gear and re-install...two hours max.....but....you MUST allow time for the epoxy to cure!!!....I have tired to short cut the cure time and the motor came apart twice !!!!....So the last time I used "lots" epoxy and waited 24 hours at min. 70F...before re-installation...Has been working fine now for 4 months !!!!

Thanks for the info. I guess I will try to do it. Not very experienced with repairing cars. Just dont want to pay someone a couple of hundred bucks to put in a $30 part.
