popping noise on front end

I hear a popping noise on the front end of my 1995 Aurora. The sound is when I turn to the left or right. Sometime if a hit a pot hole or a large bump it will pop. It is getting worse and I need some idea what it may be.

I am disabled and on a limited income so I just can not take it to a shop and say fix it. I still can do some things and may be can fix it myself with some help from any of you intellegent people who know more than me about these problems.
