90 accord rear defroster

if you look right above the fuse block in the driver side kick panel...you'll see the body control module (3"X4" block). right above the BCM...you should see 3 relays...the defrost is the one closest to the fire wall. be careful when you remove it...it doesn't pull right out...there's a tab that holds it in place. i had the same problem w/ the same car and it was a bad defrost relay.

Thanks phantastic! I'm off to the dealer to try and match my relay. Their diagram was unclear and we couldn't match any numbers over phone. The Chilton manual wiring schematics don't even show a rear defroster circuit that I see, and I'm curious where the defroster timer is located? The dash switch does not detent(like the emergency flasher switch) but just turns on light in switch and triggers relay, right? Thanks again.
