I am planning to change intake manifold gaskets and need to know what exactly this tool is? I have seen a few postings mentioning it, and when I search the web for GM disconnect tools I find a few different kinds. Anyone have a link to the one I need?

This is what I used:
Disconnect Tool (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4597839100)
Basically the coupling is held together with a round spring. The tool is used to stretch out the spring and release the coupling. They also sell them at O'reilly or any auto parts store.

Thanks gdoggy, I saw this exact kit at Autozone.

The first time and reason why I bought it was for my fuel filter. After you unlock the green tab you use it to pull it off.

I never did get any tool to work on my 2000 alero, I ended up pulling the fuel rail back out of the way, with the lines attached, and tied it to my windshield wiper. The vertical line came off with no problem, it just drops out of the bottom (with a little prying) after you loosen the nut.
The horizontal line would not come out after I loosened the nut. the line was in the fuel rail and none of the tools would fit in there. The guys at the local parts store/repair shop gave the idea of tying it out of the way with the lines attached.
