Quick Question, How Hard Would It Be To Lift A 1988 Civic Dx About 2-3 Inches? I Know It May Sound Funny, But I Live On A Terrible Road, And I Lije The Rally Car Appearance. Thanks.

Just leave it stock. I've taken my CRX (lowered to height it's now is about 1.25") on so many dirt roads and access roads that I've gotten funny looks from people in trucks. I even got some rednecks in trucks say "this ain't no race track" and I was like I do this shit all the time and why the fuck were they hauling ass. Anyway, the point is, the crx can take it. I'm not too aggressive anymore when I go on those access roads but I'm thinking about taking a nice little journey during the holiday for old times sake...

leave it stock. maybe upgrade the springs, but Ive taken my hatch over just about anything and everything. The stock suspension on these cars can take a beating. Ive ramped my hatch at about 80mph on a little hill that you would get air just by going 35mph. Got enough air for the front of the car to start coming back down and the tow hooks take a chunk of pavement with them...all the civic did, was bounce a couple times, stayed straight and kept on going like it was nothing. I know there is atleast 1 rally hatch out there, I have the magazine covering it somewhere, but don't know where. Might be able to do a google search on it.
