problems with heater/blower

I was wondering if anyone could help me out with a problem I have with my heater. I can't get my fan to blow any air and I was wondering if anyone knew if it is very hard to change the blower motor at all?

If not to difficult if you know how to if I could get some in structions to do it myself?

I have a '89 grand prix with a 3.1L engine 2 door.
