I noticed recently in this cold weather in Wisconsin that my front windows go down slower than normal for the first 2". The speed going up is normal. Is this just due to the fact that it is colder thanyou know what out, or is there something that I could fix ? The back windows have no problem. When it sits in the garage overnite, they do go down sorta at the normal speed but when it sits at the office all day in the cold , they slow down. Any ideas ?

That is happening with my manual windows as well in Houston when it gets cold. Mind you Houston is not Wisconsin.
