Anyone else here have a friend who thinks he (shes) the hottest runner ever and nomater what race you win, or how good you drive they put you down and always add a story of their own stuff, or always expect you to bow down every time they do -anything-? Example me-Yah, i'm happy, I just killed a mustang. him- wow...you beat a 289....big deal... me- **** off him- hahaha, well what do you expect, if you even had a chance of beating me i'd be impressed

him-yah, this red grand am, it wanted to go so I smoked it!
me-you have a 71 nova with a 350 in it...she kept up with you too...and she wasnt racing...
him-no...I got 380 horses in this boat! They dont have anything

I know exactly what you mean. I have a friend that is the same way. It is hilarious though because all of his stories are like off of American Pie the movie only it's, "Oh you beat a mustang huh, well this one time, in Corpus, I...."

I have a friend who's like that...has to be better in everything...not just cars either. If you get an A on your test in school, well that's just because the teacher felt sorry for you. If you have a decent toy (car or computer gadget), he'll go out and buy a better more expensive one. If you are popular in your group, well he knows everyone and hangs out too...ALOT. If you know something he doesn't, he makes up something else that you might not know anything about and flaunts that "knowledge". This person cannot stand to not be "at the top" or "#1" or not have the best stuff...and sadly this is someone in their mid-30s :rolleyes:

I was a B student in school, have decent stuff....not the best but it works for me, and I know a little about alot of different things. Never really been #1 for anything or anytime, but hey I am still alive and not sweating about it:sun:
