On stock internals, around 400-450 hp without having to worry. Many people say you can go as high as 500, but I would start to feel uncomfortable once I hit that and want to do a few upgrades to internals.

ok because im thinking about picking up a 99 eclipse gs-t . it sucks that its fwd though. i like rwd. i might do the awd conversion if i do get it

Just save and get the GSX. Turbo and awd already, the awd swap is much more than it would be to just buy a GSX.
