Hey, I've seen that some people have had this problem before. However, I just want to double check with all of you before I go out and start buying parts. I have a '91 deville, and the blower just won't turn off unless I disconnect the wiring. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

Likely the blower control module. You can access it from under the hood on the passenger side on the blower housing.

Thanks. Any idea where I can find the parts at? Or find the part numbers?

A good auto parts store should have the relay, and it's just a matter of locating it under the hood. The same kind of relay controls the cooling fans.
