Cold Horn

When the temperature outside drops below -10 F there is a good chance that my horn will turn on and stay on. After this occuring several times at 3 am in the morning I have pulled the fuse for the horn. However, I would like to have use of my horn again, but without having to worry about it going off when it gets cold. Has anyone else experienced this before? The truck is a 1998 Silverado. Thanks!
