Aston Martin Vantage

There's been a few threads here lately about the lack of Aston's, TVR's etc. Well, here's the best I can do - It's a 1/43 Aston Martin Vantage resin kit by Provence Moulage.
I think fairly typical for a 1/43 resin kit, good quality moulding but not much detail and WAY too small for me to add some. Only real problem was the clear parts - Windows and headlamp lenses have to be cut from a single vac-form moulding. This part was not fun, requiring lots of patience and a few attempts to get it right.:banghead:
Painted using Halfords sprays - Daewoo Racing Green, and detailed using Humbrol enamels. Wheels chromed using BMF.

I wish! :)
Looks very nice :bigthumb:
I'd love to try a 1/43 sometime but I think I already have too many 1/24s that I'll never do

Super subject and build! As you say, been a bit of a call for Aston Martin kits (1/24th genarally) on this forum lately. We need to start a petition.

Nice to see some "SMALLER" stuff !!!
Nice work, bud! Especially noted of the BMF on the wheels! Perfect color choice too! What brand and name is the interior color?

I forget the exact colour, but it's Humbrol enamel. I much prefer these and always use them when brushing (except Tamiya acrylics for clear colours).
