Sebring steps up

Ok I know I'm supposed to post kills here, containing an interesting plot driven storyline as to what happened and how... but I have more of a rape to share.

Basically, I'm driving late at night, casually short shifting, as always trying to attract as little attention as possible. Sometimes however, there are unavoidable situations, such as when a car lines up with you, guns it, then brakes to get by your side and does it again in an attempt to tempt you to demonstrate whether your car has that 3' muffler sticking out of it for a purpose or not.

Tonight, a couple guys messing around in a sebring(or a similar model chrysler) discovered that despite the looks of my ubertight megan racing muffler, it was not placed on without good reason.

So Basically... - I'm driving, he does the taunting maneuvers for a mile or so, I wait until we get a good opening and a stretch of road we'd be unlikely to run into attention from the blue n' red and finally, I gave him the run he wanted. At first, I downshifted from 5th to 3rd in preparation, but I wasn't too deep into the powerband yet so I just put it in 2nd (after he made the jump from hearing me shift down to 3rd) for the hell of ensuring a quick little run. Beginning of 2nd - catch up to him after he got the initial jump - middle of 2nd - pulling hard - end of second - gaining steady cars - 3rd gear to end - buslengths.

Guy pulls up next to me at the red light ahead just to yell out "Nice turbo! When I heard it I knew it was over man" I told him it was fun and we parted ways..... I'm pretty tired of not being able to have any sort of close match but its nice to run people who respect the car after initially mistaking it to be another ricer.

yeah I get those guys too but mine are v6 mustangs and camaros that want to pick on a little neon........hahahahaha..........little do they know their the ones who get picked on.......never learn..
