How 'bout some more details: Model truck?, Engine?, Does it have AC?......

Check the temp of the heater hoses going to and from the heater core. Are they hot?

Otherwise, could be the electric motor assembly that moves the temp door inside the ventilation duct-works. The motor rotates the door position according to climate temp knob setting. Depending on truck details, its probably located under the dash, attached to the bottom of the duct-works, near the middle where the center floor hump meets the ducts. You can see it on my truck with out removing anything. You might need to remove a couple center panels.

Turn off the truck, but put the key to the ON position. Get your head down there and look and listen. You can just see part of the shaft turning and hear the motor going if its working. You need to rotate the climate control (knob) back and forth from hot to cold and back while observing. If you here the motor trying to go, but no movement- then try tapping on the unit or shaft because sometimes they get stuck. If you hear see nothing check the fuses. Or the unit could be bad- you could pull the connector plug and check power/signal (this unit may have a stepper motor vs. a straight DC motor).
