92 paseo headlamp assembly???

Please help, I Just got a new (to me) 92 paseo, I desided to switch the headlight bulbs, and in the prosses i started f*cking everything up in there. Does anybody out there know how to remove and replace the headlights with out breaking them??? Thanx
