instrument panel light change...

ok here is what i am facing...i enjoy the color blue and i am looking at taking my car along w/ it...what my question is, is this...how difficult is it to change out the light for the instument clusters? i have the bulbs that i want bought and now i am looking into doing this to my car...my question of curiosity is this...would i be getting myself in too deep if i attemtped this...i looked at my Chiltons guide for my car and was looking at the process of taking out the instrument cluster...sounded like a pain in the butt...but if it car be done i would love to get it done by my self...thanks all
