96 ing fuse blows

The 20Amp fuse(Cavity No 8) for IGN FUEL STARTER blows when I try to start the car. It just happend out of the blue. Please help, the car will not turn over at all. Thanks for any advice.

I believe the same fuse kept blowing on my brother's '94 Blazer. We would put another one in, the truck would start and then it would blow a few minutes later.

Turned out the fuel pump had an exposed wire in the gas tank. We replaced the fuel pump and it runs great now.
