1987 325i brakelight problems

Please help somebody.I have a 87 BMW 325i and i installed some LEDs for the brakelights.Now when I push my clutch pedal the brakelights go on,but when i push my brake pedal no lights come on.Its like the brake pedal and clutch pedal reversed roles lol.Any ideas any one.
Oh and I put the old lights in and I still get the same problem.Darn Leds!
I never had this problem b4 until now with this attempted Led conversion.

WTF!...nobody can help.............

Normally the brake lights are activated by the a switch on the brake pedal. During the LED conversion, did you do anything under the dash?
