dent removal?

Hi all, does anyone know whats the best way to remove a small dent, about 1" in diameter, The boot on my golf MK4 has one but it looks much bigger what ever way the light shines on it since its right in the middle of the boot, the paint hasnt been scratched or anything in the area its just dented

Hi there i would advise you to pop off the rear section underneath the boot(it might have a couple of screws in there,ie under the lift handle)but should come off no probs ,Then you should be able to see the dent and pop it out with a stiff piece of mild steel,or a hammer and dolly hope this helps as im not much of a typer.
