dodge mpg

i got a dodge ram with a 360 and the best i can get is 12 to 13 mpg.
i do have flowmaster duals and a k&n air cleaner.
is ther any way to get better gas milage with it.
it is a 1997 and 81000 miles on it.

thats about the average mileage you are gonna get with a ram. But one thing you can do is keep up on the maintaneance schedule and do regular tuneups and oil changes and such.
