Hi guys!
I am wandering what is the size of the needle on the badger 360? The only information I can get is "Single size nozzle"
I need this info in order to know how much I need to thin some kind of paint.
Thanks for your help!

Needle size does not make a difference really ,thinner paint should be compensated for by psi not needle size. But to answer your question I would say its equal to a medium .

the needle size is a fine to large universal needle the further back you pull the wider the spray or use as a single action just pre set the needle then push the button for air its the only brush that i use now thats after an old and new badger 200.
hope this helps
