V6 to V8 Conversion

I have a 1996 Dakota 4X4 V6 Magnum with a 5 speed manual.
I was wondering what is involved with a conversion to a 318 V8
Is the Bell housing interchangeable? Transmission? Axles? Drive Line length? Motor Mounts? Radiator? Computer? Wiring harness?

Has anyone done this? My V6 is getting tired and was looking at the pros and cons on a conversion.
