When I install aftermarket rod and crankshaft bearing how is should do?
I mean about the color code of the bearings; the aftermarket comes as a set...

thats a long writeup. grab a helms. you can use jeff's writeup as reference. grab a helms along with it and you are set.

A helms manual says almost the same of the factory repair manual, a color codes. As the aftermarket come in standard size you most take the engine to a machine shop to do a "line-boring" job to use those stadard size bearings.

My question is if I am right or not, and if this is the only method to do it?
